Agent: Consumer Energy Partners, LLC, 2400 Herodian Way, Smyrna, GA 30080
Customer: This Letter of Exclusivity / Letter of Authorization hereby authorizes Agent to serve as Customer's exclusive agent for the purposes of assisting Customer in obtaining offers from electricity and natural gas suppliers, evaluating such offers, and assisting in contract negotiations with selected suppliers.
My Natural Gas and Electricity utility provider shall disclose to agent, and to any Retail Natural Gas and Electricity Suppliers possessing a copy of this Authorization, all distribution records and detailed usage information for the last twelve months.
If applicable, my current competitive Natural Gas and Electricity Supplier(s), with whom my company is currently under contract, shall provide to agent a copy of my current contract(s), including information about my contracted rates, effective dates, early termination provision, and rate class.
This Authorization shall commence as of the date hereof and continue until terminated by either party. Upon termination of this Authorization, neither Agent nor Customer shall have any further rights or obligations under this Authorization.
This Authorization in no way binds me to the purchase of any product from Agent or any other company with access to my information pursuant to this Authorization.
